We complete standard safety checks and review your home to confirm it meets basic housing requirements.
3. Student Matching
We offer you student options and you approve the match before placement is confirmed.
4. Confirm Your Placement and Agreements
Once a student is matched, you will receive a clear monthly compensation summary along with the Housing Family Agreement and Financial Agreement. After you review and sign these documents, your placement is officially confirmed and your home is reserved for the student.
5. Flexible Length of Stay
Housing is offered on a month-to-month basis, and most students plan to stay for a semester or longer. We always share their expected timeline with you in advance so you can feel comfortable welcoming them into your home.
6. Welcome Your Student and Start Earning
The student moves in, you provide housing, and you receive clear, predictable monthly payments from StudiGO!
